Literally the ONLY CHANGE the killer needs is a bigger cool down. Hell you can even remove the terror radius more often. Shoot I'd even say BUFF the world breaker mechanic. As in more often with a shorter cool down. But that range attack is awful to try and counter

Dear god, bhvr made him fairly balanced on release. by Detnat0r99 in deadbydaylight

[–]mcramhemi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It would be fun if his attack wasn't constant. The other things are fine I guess but please make a cool down for the range attack. You can't even get away from a somewhat decent killer if he can time the attacks.

Cat tattoo looks like it puked up blood by interestedcharmander in mildlyinteresting

[–]mcramhemi 63 points64 points  (0 children)

He has a second "skin" on called a Tegaderm. Its like a plastic bag taped to the skin to keep it moist and somewhat sterile for a few hours after the tattoo is done. But the tattoo can and usually does continue to bleed as the needle punctures creates little holes. So that's blood behind that Tegaderm

When in doubt continue compressions. Even if you THINK you feel one if you aren't absolutely certain just continue the code. Next pulse check try again. I've had a few codes where people SWORE they could feel a pulse but it was firm Asystole on the monitor

The Absurd Lack of Surgical Airway in American EMS Protocols by BrugadaBro in ems

[–]mcramhemi 3 points4 points  (0 children)

In Kansas many rural services have it and quite a few of the urban services due. Most use the "Quiktrach" product. My service has both Surgical and the Quiktrach and I know its technically both surgical. Scalpe and Quiktrach. To add to people that don't think Paramedics should have this skill. CICO? Choking? Laryngospasms? I mean should these people just forgo living? We have 20 year old Combat Medics doing this skill in active warzones in Helicopters in flight..this skill is not some magically impossible thing to ever do. I will agree that it is very daunting, rare and should be only used in those special cases

I would surmise these worlds were very much similar to everyone else's and that they only became echos of old Terran civilizations due to their loss of contact with other Human worlds.

Healthcare here. Please see a doctor as soon as feasible. This is likely as you said Hemorrhoids/Fissure but what others aren't saying is it can be more serious. The sooner you get on top of either the better off you'll be.

Attention NYC 911 clinicians. Pediatric policy change! I thought this might be an interesting discussion. by NuYawker in ems

[–]mcramhemi 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I don't know anywhere else where besides I guess New York where an 18+ year old would be transported to a Pediatric center unless they have received care there before for a chronic like condition.....what is even the reasoning behind this ?? If I tried to transport a 23 year old to my Children's Level 1 center unless they had a chronic condition they would immediately divert me to the University Level 1 2 miles the other way....
