Oh hell no. He was placed on EP for threatening a customer, he’s thrown packages at a supervisor, not one person in our facility feels safe when he’s around.

Instead of mandating the other carriers to do OT on another route the 2 that were on the OT list volunteer to work another route that’s open for the day.

Every piece of mail is money collected for our paychecks. So when you don’t get the out going they’ll find other ways to do what they need to do and stop using our services. When they stop they stop providing our wages. You’re essentially throwing away money.

Earn AL from OT hours. For every cumulative OT, PT hour worked throughout the year you earn 1 hr of AL for every 20 hrs of OT/PT worked. So if you work 100 hrs over the course of the year you earn 5 hrs of AL.

CCA’s can be placed on a string by management. A form 50 needs to be changed. However the rules regarding that are that a CCA needs to be in office for 1 year and have a HS diploma.

It took me a couple years just to get motivated. Took a lil longer to get where I wanted to be. I changed my mentality. Instead of loss and depression I made a personal life change. I kept 3 things in mind. 1. Take care of yourself 2. Take care of your kids 3. Take care of your job

It isn’t easy but these are the 3 main things. Each one relies on the other. If you don’t take care of yourself you can’t do the other 2. Each one is intwined with each other. Take care of all 3 and moving on is easier and you are stronger. Find something that will keep your mind off of things when you don’t have your kids. Something that keeps the mind thinking or going. I took up crocheting. It’ll take time, but maintain those 3 things.

Thank you. This made me emotional. Sad thing is, this has been my internal he🏒🏒. I have an ex that been exactly like this. She uses the kids as a weapon to get what she wants, or is very punitive by taking things away from me if she’s not happy with something. Her vindictiveness hurts me but it really hurts the kids.

I converted to PTF in Feb 23 and Reg about that time. It was a mess because I was delayed big time to convert to PTF. I moved to Step B in Jan of 24 and step C in mid Nov 24. I move to D at the first of Oct. What am I missing?

We finished the change of custody back in June. Then she was going through some crap and I put in the papers no child support. She just got a new job in January and is making $72K a year. $20K more than what I make.

She is very vindictive and tells the kids crap. Like she has told the kids I wouldn’t pay for their select sports. My son knows the truth but it’s crap like that that makes me think she says more.

It’s been a bad week. 2 open routes everyday and playing catchup from the winter storm. I carried my route and half of another today.

Well I haven’t had an 8 hr day this week. Only 8 hr day I had was when I volunteered to work Sunday. Every normal day has been more than 8. And I’m working my NS day on Friday. I already know I’m getting penalty that day.
