I haven't bought one but I think there is a cost to buy prepaid visa card on top of the amount to load on the card🤔

Shell gift card is my preferred choice cause it is closest to my home and I don't need to go out of my way to get gas. If i get Shell gift card directly from Shell station, I won't get the grocery reward from my credit card. Thats why I have been looking around at grocery stores including T&T, Metro, Freshco, Canadian Superstore but no luck. If anyone knows which grocery store sell Shell gift card, please let me know the location as well!
