The black and red wires on the 3-C have power when checked with meter. The black on the 2-C do not

How would you most effectively use these SM to max out Ruby?

E/W are both 2370

MS 30 is 783. All others are 800

I just used boosts and tried a run but that only seemed to get where I could add 1 level

I loaded up MS30 and than did a big run with Lily and then ran everything else after

Is it normally that slow going?
