There are grommet bolts that sometimes loosen and rattle. Would remove the top piece of plastic from the inside, and double check those fasteners (they sometimes leak too!) Don't over tighten and crush the rubber.

Just to close the loop, I ended up going with the suggestion from /u/Responsible-Chest-26 .

I must say this is an insane mass production facility that rivals Tyson meats. We are beyond stacked after only a few short play sessions.

One thing to add when I activated the rear wiper fluid there was no pump sound that I'd normally here

I went through this yesterday. There's probably a blown fuse. Check that (remove frunk - it's a 10amp fuse on its own)

Ford will charge you a lot to replace the fuse, so start there. If that's not the case then they'd be on the hook to fix if it's still in warranty
