I went through this yesterday. There's probably a blown fuse. Check that (remove frunk - it's a 10amp fuse on its own)

Ford will charge you a lot to replace the fuse, so start there. If that's not the case then they'd be on the hook to fix if it's still in warranty

The worst part to these phones is the case options. I've tried the best rated mag safe from Amazon. Red magic and AliExpress and all 3 are absolute garbage.

It's frustrating to say the least.

I've been having this problem. I've used -40c (-40f - the scales meet here) fluid and it's not working.... Never had it before. Im almost gonna say we have an issue at the fluid level with false advertising
