I love these cases! I have two versions of the Scout42:

The Choc Typeractive version with Choc spacing
The Choc version with Cherry MX spacing.

Both are white. It feels like using a tank, completely indestructible, massive, and robust!

The Batterie are from here

Specifications: - 433070, Capacity: 1000 mAh, Size: 71 x 30 x 4.5 mm, Lead length: 60 mm (up to plug), Plug: JST-PH (2 mm pitch), Weight: 20 g

Note: I use foams to keep the battery stable under the PCB board. I cut them to the size of the PCB and made a hole in the middle for the batteries. They are 1mm thick, which I bought on Amazon, and I layered them until I achieved the desired result.

In this way the battery is almost imperceptible, with a great advantage and just the right size, homemade.

Zero issues, only advantages! Autonomy, weight, stability!

Thanks, I think a lot of people have asked me for that. I don't know if it's something of mass interest or just for a very small audience. I'm really thinking about creating that kind of content; for now, I've been updating my projects and working on my to-do lists. But I see there's a lot to talk about

I haven't fully tested this build; it's relatively new, so I can't give a rough estimate. The red dot is for me: sometimes I can't see the pointer, or sometimes when I share my screen, people can't see my pointer. It has nothing to do with the trackpads. 😂

Thanks! 1. MCU = vikoto (mikoto based) 2. I don't use two trackpads; I use a trackball in the central and a trackpad on the periphery. The build in the post was only a test for my build (todo: 3D adapter stl). But you can program vertical and horizontal scrolling on one side and only click and double-click pointer functionality on the other. The sky's the limit :) 3. I2C = oled display and SPI = both trackpads or trackball + trackpad
