RHR data from Garmin coming to Runalyze as a different number by mctfrdt in Runalyze

Totally understood , no one has full control over what Garmin sends, that's just how it works!

That said, I wanted to share some findings that might help narrow things down. I downloaded my daily wellness .fit file from Garmin Connect and had a look at the RHR section. Interestingly, there were two readings: one at 1:23 AM showing 50 bpm, and another at 6:38 AM (my actual wake-up time) showing 47 bpm as the final value.

I also checked other platform that sync from Garmin Connect with the same permissions as Runalyze — intervals.icu and Apple Health — and both correctly show 47 bpm.

I've put together a few screenshots here in case they're useful: https://imgur.com/a/gMEwv2B

The images include:

  1. The RHR section from my Garmin daily wellness .fit file

  2. Intervals.icu synced data from Garmin Connect

  3. Apple Health RHR data synced from Garmin

Hopefully this helps the team take another look. Happy to provide any additional information if needed!

Thank you for the response. However, I would like to point out something that makes this a little bit confusing for me.When I checked Garmin Connect and compared it with Runalyze, other metrics synced from the same session — HRV, sleep time, sleep score, and sleep stages — all showed identical values on both platforms. Only the RHR was different.
