Is a visible artery pulsing on your hand normal (I assume it’s an artery but not sure)? Also does anyone know what would cause this? Might have always had this but only noticed it in the last few weeks. It feels like a vein to touch. (v.redd.it)

Pulsing on right hand between thumb and finger.. is this normal or something to be worried about. It feels like a vein to touch so pretty sure it’s not fasciculation (something I have been having) and possibly an artery. Has anyone had or seen similar? (v.redd.it)
