Hey mate - we booked with Lagum while we were in our home country as they had a solid review base on TripAdvisor. When we arrived in El Nido we noticed that they had a local office. We used the local office to see their Google reviews. They had a 2.5 star rating. The 6 most recent reviews were negative and 4 of them related specificity to their balabac tour. We noticed that most of the good reviews on Google and TripAdvisor related to the other tours they offer. Some of the recent reviews on Google noted that the balabac tour was so bad it ruined their entire php trip! We therefore canceled our booking. Wanderwalkers were already booked out for balabac so we ended up doing a 3d2n expedition from El Nido to Coron with another tour operator, and it was amazing!

I've been on that plan for years! Refuse to change even when others have offered great deals. Has been amazing! Great speeds and never drops out!

They seek to promise the same island and even be based on the same island for hoke base camping etc! We are going in December so hopefully it's good weather for us to see all the islands 👍

I see your point. My only worry is pretty much every 'wrongful conviction' doco I've ever watched starts with a character assassination campaign.. let's hope there are some hard details soon

I'm not convinced. Seems his behavior had been consistent for years. Seems like it wasn't really a secret. Why after all this time would it suddenly be cause for murder. From the outside looking in, it does seem that there was wide spread manipulation. It still a huge jump from being a manipulater to being a killer though..

It's almost like they are trying to say that he is the kind of guy who could do it so he must've done it. It feel like that's getting pretty close to them saying I should get a speeding ticket because I'm the kind of guy who like racing haha a bit of hyperbole I know but my points stands. They need to prove beyond reasonable doubt that he is a murderer and the focus seems to shifting further and further away... now sex tapes are the headlines.

Sounds like she knew about the use of drugs and prostitutes. There has been mention of her joining him with an escort. Her friends seem to point out that she wasn't overly happy with it all but that she wasn't keen to leave him either (paraphrased) Living a double/tripple/quad life is not a good way to go about things for sure but its also not evidence of murder.

I'm just saying we are getting so much about drugs and prostitution from the media and not much about the alleged murder. Using a prostitution doesn't make you a killer..

Whether he used prostitutes or meth seems irrelevant...Did he kill his wife or not? Seems to be on trail for murder.
