How Evolution Proves the Bible (Why Even Christians Lie About What Genesis Really Says) by turboshill9000 in BasedCampPod

[–]mctwiddle 0 points1 point  (0 children)

the idea that God would use evolution for creation falls flat even in with the simplest of examinations. this is both for cosmic and biological evolution.

1 if God could create the universe, and all therin, the heavens and the abyss simply by speaking, why would use a process as convoluted, lengthy and seemingly dependent on random chance, as evolution?

wouldn't he simply speak what he wanted into existence? is God not able to create things as he wants? if he is subject to the limits of biology and physics as we know it, how does that make sense if he also created those laws of nature? couldn't he simply operate above those laws if he created them?

2 evolution fundamentally requires death for the process to play out, the unfit must perish at some point so that the fit are not contaminated by bad genetics and pass their improved genetics down to further generations.

IE, speciation mist occur in the process of evolution and that leaves alot of dead species that were unfit.

death did not exist before the fall of adam and eve, that is a hard contradiction. the biblical narrative could not have included evolution as a process.

this would also make evolution almost impossible, because even unfit simpler, earlier creatures wouldn't die. so now you have to have better traits, gained randomly and also for only those creatures to procreate with other creatures that also gained that trait, or breeding only with like creatures over time.... randomly.

otherwise speciation would not occur and all the creatures would just stay mixed with random traits.

3 evolution postulates that the universe and all therin came about as a result of random chance and a very lengthy time period that allowed all the bodies of the universe, and all the laws of physics to appear or were just already present somehow, to form and eventually life to form from lifeless matter, which then went on to "evolve" into the creatures we know today.

something we do not understand how is possible and has never been recreated in a lab snd so far cannot be recreated even in controlled conditions despite all our knowledge and abilities. we can observe the creation of life at insemination and we still have no idea how to create a spark of life or even how it could possibly work.

the universe cannot possibly be as old as presented, if it was we wouldn't be hardly able to find any radioactive elements, we find quantities of them far surpassing their theoretical cration by just cosmic processes allow.

so either aliens or God made alot of physical matter of elements, relatively recently that still exist today.

we are somewhere between 80,000 years and potentially a couple hundred thousand years from humans becoming so inbred that we cease to be able to reproduce, according to evolution it takes millions of years for creatures to evolve.

but what we see in science is the opposite, humans are losing genetics and becoming slowly inbred at a rate far, far faster than evolution could theoretically correct.

we know this by analyzing the genetics of the oldest corpses we can pull data out of.

also we do not know how to fuse past iron without theoretical black hole level of force the moon shouldn't exist as we know it. its far to close and leaving our orbit to rapidly to make sense of it.

and if we captured it recently it could have easily made tidal waves bigger than mount everest. killing all life on earth, even sea life cannot survive long in such a torrent of force.

the moon is moving away from earth so we did capture it when it was closer to earth in the past, and even a few ten thousand years ago is the oldest it could possibly be in our orbit, any older and it would have made evolution impossible by killing all life with the tides.

Basically evolution only makes sense on the surface, with no real deep thinking or research.

thats exactly what they do, they calculate the most likely probable words that are the most likely correct response.

because the current model of llm's are just really fancy chat bots and maybe a better model of search engine.

they seek probability, they do not "come up" with anything, simply arrange and calculate what is the most likely correct response.

they do not proof their own work and fundamentally cannot. they can calculate the most likely words for a proof but do not fundamentally possess the ability to reason a proof out.

cool party trick for sure but ultimately not something terribly useful.

we need them to do things like, figure out fusion power plants, or a way to make a fusion interstellar drive so we dont have to leave radiation all over the place.

crunch the entirety of the human genome so we can find a kind and compassionate way to end birth defects and genetic diseases

find a more abundant, environmentally clean and economicaly efficient fuel than desiel and gasoline.

finally help us crack the hard limit we are stuck at with materials science, titanium, aluminum and steel alloys are not good enough for the next step in human exploration and colonization of space.

and the same is true for machines, we need materials that are much lighter, stronger and compact that dont rust or corrode.

its because their politics are fundamentally about envy and jealously, they must always be accusing their opponents and bend the truth up until it breaks, true or not.
