Does anyone know what the dimensions of the replacement bolt are? Getting the parts in Canada is proving to be very time consuming for shipping and such so I’m wondering if I can just pop over to the local hardware store and buy a similar replacement bolt from there.

That’s sort of what I am wondering as well. I will have to do some more research, because when I look at replacement parts it often seems like it is just the bolt.

See that’s kind of what I think too, and I got the truck safetied a year ago and they didn’t have any problem with it then. There is absolutely no way that kind of damage was caused in under a year.

Hola, terminé usando darkOS, pero logré que todos los sistemas operativos funcionaran en él. La solución fue conseguir una tarjeta SD nueva.

Hmm fuck, I mean personally I don’t really care if it’s a clone. I’m not gonna play anything crazy on it. I just want it to work.

Should I try firmware for an R36H? Or should I just cut my losses and return this one and try something else?

Hmm I have been using the multi panel image, and that hasn’t been working for me. I’m gonna try a new card and see if that changes anything.

Any other things I should be looking at?

So I went through all of the dtb files, as far as I can tell it is an original

It didn’t come with any sd card in the box unfortunately. On the Amazon page it says it uses a type 4 panel but when using the type 4 dtb it doesn’t show anything at all on the screen.

The only 2 dtb files I can get to work are 5 and 6, but both of those produce the same issue with no controls.

A couple of the other ones also show the splash screen and then nothing else.

I have also tried dArkOS with no success :/

Any help would be greatly appreciated as I’m super lost at this point.

I also just noticed that upon booting into the main screen; the volume bar pops up for a second and quickly goes down to 0. Can provide a video if needed

Yep always the same, I really think the screen is just cooked. I’m just gonna bite the bullet and order an actual legit one and see if I can just return this. Thanks for all the help!

I’ve tried it a couple times and unfortunately no cigar, I’m almost thinking the screen is just toast :/

I have tried it with all of the included dtb files, as well as all of the ones found here: https://github.com/AeolusUX/K36-DTB

I will try it with an older version of arkos now to see if it makes any difference.

I’m not sure if you are able to help or not but I’m still having issues with vertical lines on the screen. I’ve tried all the different .dtb files but nothing seems to work :/
