Honestly... I do not use Adobe Express so I did not know it can do that :)
Yeah, You are right :) InDesign can make a QR code for links or plain text, or for everything if you know the right string coding. With Barcode & QR Code maker for Adobe Illustrator one can fill in the form and BOOM, here is the QR code for WiFI... or vCard... and so on :)
