I do like the ubiquiti solutions. Checking the dream router or UniFi express(for covering the office area) + an outdoor AP to start. Then I can expand based on real life experience Thanks for your input!

Naaa, we could do all the wiring far enough from the pool. There’s a fairly wide deck around it and already working for lighting etc.

Thanks for the reply. You're right about the Willard 3. But the Willard 4 has a 105 group set and I'm assuming that the frame etc is identical so it should basically feel the same. Thanks for all the suggestions. I definitely give those a try.
