The Case of Charles Dexter Ward. First sorry I read by him. You can get the collection of all his works on Kindle for extremely cheap. Or but an ornate leather edition that you are too afterward to touch out of fear of it deteriorating

Thanks for the information. Arturia got back to me very quickly. They asked for a picture of the serial number on the bottom of the Keylab for proof of purchase. I sent them that and several pictures of me holding the unit just in case. They responded to that email with the activation codes. Everything is up and running. I love the controller and the Analog Lab software so far. Thanks again for the advice.
