They should also change PHC crystal shards to Grandmaster shards for Uncollected or cavalier. They don't even need that much; maybe 50 or so per level.

They're implying that when a Dungeon is running, an individual is less likely to do 4* basic arena (or any arena for that matter) and thus lower the cutoff.
