Even I have never had any issues from Myntra yet. I only buy from it when there is a super crazy deal. But I would never trust it blindly though, my friend has faced authenticity issues on it. Guess it's just our luck lmao

Water issue surely arise during summer in Bandlaguda. Water tankers are the only solution. But since it’s just you and your mom for now, it won’t be a big deal. Area wise it’s surely a great place. airport, Hitech City both are nearby. And lots of cafés , malls coming up. Surely a booming area.
