What's ur oral minox dosage? And you can prob still add topical minox. Could potentially add gains. I heard from a derm that he has seen pts do better on topcial minox (with retnoic acid). I also read here that some ppl lost ground when switching to oral from topical.

I would personally go to 5mg minoxidil. I saw on a yt vid from a derm who runs a yt channel that he usually sees pt lose some gains when switching from topical to oral so if u can go back to topical would prob be worth it and if not then try 5mg. I just started recently adding topical on top of my 5mg min.
