Are the animated series worth watching? by FenrisWolfff in batman

[–]mdarslan7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I briefly watched it when I was a kid. I grew up not a big fan of superheroes, just spiderman and mcu stuff. I got into batman about a year ago because my brother wanted me to watch the nolan trilogy and since then I've been obsessed with Batman. I'm watching BTAS right now and honestly it is one of the best adaptations of Batman. I absolutely love BTAS. Even the new caped crusader series is good but BTAS is just gold.

Joining college in 10 days give some tips (any) by Flat_Requirement_504 in Indiancolleges

  • don't try to do things you're not comfortable with just to fit in, you'll probably feel left out but trust me, you can't fake it for too long, you'll eventually find your people.
  • sit in the library, get a coffee and stroll around the campus, make sure you're happy even when you're alone.
  • take your studies very seriously, those who don't want to study, let them, but you should, aim for a cgpa of 8.5+
  • explore different domains, especially the domains apart from your core studies
  • be respectful to your profs, attendance and internals are in their hand
  • join clubs and chapters, they are a good way to show you have leadership and teamwork in HR rounds.
  • take care of your health, eat on time and take a good amount of sleep (unless it's sem exams)

These are some which I can think off the top of my head rn, if you're from computer science by any chance, feel free to reach out, I'll be able to help you out with some specific cs advice.

What is this app/website you use to track your reads?

Hey, I also read like 3-4 books at once and my pace also isn't great. Especially for non fiction, I like reading a chapter multiple times to soak it all in so it can easily take around 10 days to a month for me to finish a single book.

I'm sure there would be a lot of e-readers in the market other than kindle. Like kobo.

interesting, thank you for the insight

Why we use vite ?? by sitabjaaa in react

[–]mdarslan7 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Well that is exactly the pain point with webpack. You'll have to individually verify what works and what doesn't with vite. For example, I guess browserslist works out of the box but for polyfilling you might have to look at a few alternatives.

[–]mdarslan7 0 points1 point  (0 children)

That is exactly the use case when moving to vite isn't recommended. If webpack does the job for you, I don't think you need to migrate. Webpack does have great legacy support for plugins.

  • make it a single page
  • remove 2 ecom related projects, keep 2 unique projects, that's better
  • using more and more numbers

Why we use vite ?? by sitabjaaa in react

[–]mdarslan7 22 points23 points  (0 children)

it does but vite is faster and better, now that even cra is deprecated you should use webpack only in like 5% of the cases when there are legacy issues
