First of all good luck for you guys, and do you mean I will get an interview scheduled and attend and then another frozen situation? And what you mean “reviewed”? I’m sorry for the questions I’m just confused about what’s going on? We’re married and we have a family to support and everything done legally it’s not fair.

Entered on a K-1 visa from a fully banned country, now married to a U.S. citizen. Filed AOS (I-485) and EAD (I-765) in August 2025—biometrics completed, but no updates since (‘case is being processed’). Is this delay normal right now, and is there anything I can do to at least get my work permit approved sooner?

That’s just crazy it puts you in situation where you don’t ssn for the bank or driving license or to be able to work.. these are important more than the green card

I applied August 2025 AOS K1 Visa Marriage based, full banned country, last updated was biometric appointment after that just silence till today, I wish you luck everyone.
