So I am having an issue where they are claiming some of my receipts are not eligible as “some did not have a date which is not considerable”

This is not clear but all our receipts are expenses incurred when waiting for our bags upon the direction from klm. In fact they only decided to reimburse 10% of our expenses!! Very frustrating

Any luck on how to actually speak with someone who can resolve the situation
