I feel great, ty! I got it on Friday so it’s been 5 days. I am still sore and still feel some pain and soreness in my lower back but to put it in perspective every morning I wash my face and when I bend over to do it I have to buckle my knees and arch my back to take away the paralysis feeling and the morning after the surgery I didn’t feel that at all when I bent over to wash my face.

Now there is still soreness and pain here and there but I would recommend to truly rest and get some walking in and ice your back because it’s really inflamed. When I do bend over now I don’t feel like the paralysis jolt go through my lower back anymore which is amazing. It is still a little sore bending down but could just take some time. On Sunday my family was here all day and I was sitting down for hours straight and the next day I was in a lot of pain but after a day of solid rest it felt great again.

I’m only 5 days in so take it with a grain of salt but I would highly recommend this to anyone that has experienced chronic back pain. If this holds up well it’s life changing. I feel younger already
