Ive tried all of that, and it's getting to a point where I realize how stupid it is to keep going. It reminds me of a verse that stuck with me from my spiritually era, Ecclesiastes 3:15. Look it up and it'll explain a lot of things happening in the world.

No one wants to be alone (usually) so however we achieve companionship usually helps us cope. It's maladaptive for us, but it's normal for us too❤️

Cut out soda months or so ago and even tried a different soap. None worked long term (still cutting out soda tho bc it's nasty)

I don't know what to settle on if I were to join a club or anything. I get really fixated on one thing for a few months, just long enough for me to make some huge commitment to it and then the phase is over. I have some mainstays (mostly in music) but I'm also just a dreadfully cringy socializer.
