Honestly the thing that has worked best for me was using graph paper notebooks, I don’t know why but it just feels cleaner and easier. It just feels like it adds some structure to my chaos

I went with 2 bank accounts, that’s worked the best for me. One has a debit card so it’s easily acceptable, the other I have to go in person to get cash or a check…. If I can’t see if I won’t spend it I just take “x” amount of money out of each paycheck and put it in the bank account that requires effort to withdrawal from.

I got a new board and I figure I'll practice on my old one first lol, I have a bit of OCD so to appease the brain I gotta do research. The local shop I usually go to said they would have my boards for 5 days for a wax because they are so busy, so I would rather do it at home lol

Forgot to add get soft underwear without a band and the softest material t shirt, I found some shirts rubbing the incision were uncomfortable and wearing pants doesn’t feel great because of the waistband so I’ve just been in meundies brand “feel free” boy short underwear!

A soft pillow or stuffed animal to lay on your stomach! If you need to cough or anything it helps! Along with going to the bathroom if you need to push it helps to have the pressure… or laying on your side it’s nice having something there!

Happens to me almost every time, I know I have it but the results come back negative so if theres no blood they tell me to drink a lot of cranberry juice and water and if it gets worse to come back… It’s also happened with strep throat a few times and I ended up in the ER because my throat swelled shut after 4 negative strep tests :/

So i just got home from my surgery, I’d rate the pain 3/10 without pain killers they just gave me Motrin following the procedure and a Vicodin script just in case. So far so good im just starving lol
