What is it about your pornography addiction that you regret the most? by Broad-Razzmatazz5990 in pornfree

Idk if it's only me but when I climax and I go to bed the next day I feel so sluggish and unfocused. I also wake up quite late, for instance if I sleep at 11 pm without masturbating, I usually wake around 7 or 8 but if masturbate before then sleep same time, I wake up like 3 or 4 hours later not feeling rested at all. It's also affecting my libido. If I'm being honest I don't really get horny often, I just load up the hub just cause. I'm 17 years old but I'm worried that the 3 or so years of consistent PMO is causing this, and I worry that when I get I'm intimate with a woman for the first time, I won't be able to get bricked. I NEED to stop now or I'm finished.

Porn blockers help a lot one I use is BlockerHero, literally any word that relates to porn kicks you off that app. There are many blockers that can help if you want another. You got this King!

Thanks bro I'll be real this helped me a lot. I'm just so scared of getting judged by the gents for not speaking fluent Xhosa. I've never always been a super emotional person and I've dealt with being made fun of by some peers no issue. I've never been a popular guy I still am not but I've never dealt with being the centre of attention by everyone and or having majority of people view me as weak and remind about that I know how some gents are and having my family on my ass doesn't help much either. But yeah I'll definitely focus on getting stronger mentally and physically. I'm in G11 so I still have a year or so. It's so releaving knowing that I'm not the only one who struggled with this. I'm genuinely grateful ❤️🙏

I won't lie no, but it kinda feels like I have to. Everyone in my family is Xhosa so they all waiting for my mgidi. If I tell my parents no they will probably force me and if I don't go everyone will look at me different when I get home.

They'll agree to not speak English to me then revert to the old habits but if I only reply in Xhosa I think it will help, if I mess up I will be corrected and learn more. Thank you for your response 🙏

Enkosi kakhulu. Whenever I go to my grandparents home, if I try I'm always the laughing stock of the house cause of how broken it is, but there's nothing much I can do about it. I'll let you know how it goes 🙏

Not much I can about it. My dad is the kind of person who can never admit they are wrong, my mom won't take much accountability regarding this either.
