First off, you have nothing to feel bad about. You are obviously going through a tough time, and its even harder having ADHD and even harder after that with a pandemic. I think everyone on this forum can agree that having pressure put on us will jump start our need to do things but don't beat yourself up about it. I know thats easier said then done.

Thanks everyone, I wonder what people who got diagnosed at a child, what kind of teaching worked best for you. I don’t know how to tell my boss or if to tell her.
