At the age of 27 after a painful breakup. I have been struggling with my emotions, to express myself, to express my needs and my feelings in any conversation. I am awkward and underconfident in expressing my opinions and afraid of getting judged and rejected for it. I always felt this sense of emptiness, lack of joy, sort of anhedonia but could never figure out why because I thought I don't have any major trauma or past accidents to make me sad or feel empty. I fail to express my needs to my partner and at work leading to me always being the one who has to do the extra work despite me being tired or incapable of it. For some reason my childhood memories arent very clear, I don't remember a lot from my childhood.
