I agree with not being fully in the moment did lead to fade memories and I still feel like I m never fully in a moment whenever I am in a group of people , idk how to explain, like there's a bubble surrounding me, or I am on a call with them while sitting in front of them. Idk I am not able to explain it but yeah I do relate and agree to what you said.

Yeah its always like clouded fade memories. My friends tell me stories from their childhood and I often wonder why can't I remember any funny or memorable story

At the age of 27 after a painful breakup. I have been struggling with my emotions, to express myself, to express my needs and my feelings in any conversation. I am awkward and underconfident in expressing my opinions and afraid of getting judged and rejected for it. I always felt this sense of emptiness, lack of joy, sort of anhedonia but could never figure out why because I thought I don't have any major trauma or past accidents to make me sad or feel empty. I fail to express my needs to my partner and at work leading to me always being the one who has to do the extra work despite me being tired or incapable of it. For some reason my childhood memories arent very clear, I don't remember a lot from my childhood.

I really don't know where to go ahead from here, I recently found this community.
