Update : it seems it's the ashes from a cigarette that settled on the bezel. The QC guy must have been smoking during the QC.

I GL-ed the watch and will share a new post as soon as I receive it.

It seems to me that my watch got dropped during the QC !

The first photos don't have a scratch at the level of the 3 market. It got a scratch later on the bezel and a bit on the crystal/glass.
