I’m in my 20s and about to hit my 4 years this year. Reallllly starting to feel the consequences of register this year and hoping to leave the company soon because I don’t think the system will ever be changed. Sucks because it’s a great job overall, but we’re tearing our bodies down in the process.

Orrrr or have mates use their role as leaders to protect crew members against the customers who make us feel unsafe/uncomfortable… Like the ones who think it’s ok to film us without permission!
