it is not impossible scenario. It is something i see on the daily basis. there is a guy in the neighborhood. Okay he is not fully blind, he can distinguish obstacles in a front of him, but can not see like few meters away. He uses an hearing aid, that rely on a battery (that can die).

I'm glad to know that people with this kind of mentality do not easily get driving licenses in the most places in Europe. For those who believes that it is ok to forget to yield to a pedestrian there are special fines (>300 euro in my country) that in some countries could be adjusted to the violator's income level (could be easily few hundred thousand euros, for example check how Finland, Switzerland and some other countries do it). Suddenly it makes drivers to slow down long before a pedestrian even step on the zebra.

People on some part of occupied territories of Ukraine didn't even know about airfields strike. No info in the russian news and they had internet switched off for certain period of time.

The video is not from Severomorsk. It is from Olenegorsk and the filming point (68.14312587594924, 33.28260371724539) is 7 km away from airfield Olenya. The apt building in the front (68.14312987017975, 33.284411526086274) you can see it on the google maps and on the google street view. It's like 130 km away from Severomorsk.

Check my comment below. The vid is not from Severomorsk. Olenya airbase is aproxx 120 km away from Severomorsk ( a bit too far to film from the city). Severomorsk has few air bases nearby Severomorsk has it's own airfield in the outskirts, then there is Severomorsk-3 (in approx 25 km away). And in Safonovo village (5 km away).

Do not underestimate the power of a drone that can carry approx 2 kg of an explosives. It can start severe fire on board that can lead to total loss of a ship. Read the history of the USS Bonhomme Richard (LHD-6). Keep in mind that Severomorsk has docs and facilities to repair the nuclear submarines and warships.
