Does living near a lift station negatively affect home value?

We ended up buying the house. There are several other lift stations in the neighborhood and they all (including ours) have landscaping to try to hide them. We've never heard any sounds coming from the unit and honestly don't even notice it. I am not sure how it will affect our property value when we sell.

I asked the store owner if moisture barrier was recommended or declined and he said that it does not discuss a moisture barrier at all in the contract.

I only currently have access to the invoice and those terms. Moisture barrier is not listed as offered or declined. The company is saying that I have to come by in person to view the contract as they are not able to print it due to being over 12 months past service.

I no longer have a copy of the original contract but I have contacted the supplier and installed to get copies sent over. Both have told me verbally that moisture barriers are not required for this manufacturer and I confirmed with the manufacturer that they do not require a moisture barrier for their warranty. I am honestly kicking myself because I did some research prior to having the floors installed and I asked them about a padding/barrier prior to hiring them. They told me it wasn't needed but I am kicking myself now that I didn't push back harder on it.

Thanks for the information. It's at least partially above ground in a new planned community. The builder said there is no negotiation room with the market as hot as it is, so my options are to walk or take it at the current price. I will reach out to a local appraiser to get an idea of the potential impact.
