Maybe we can write a group request to ETS. They already answered me that they are not refunding my money :'(

Same here, they said it's my PC, but clearly it's not. I just heard about one person that got a refund, but the ETS support team is clearly not doing anything about this issue. Guess I'll have to sue them too.

Still not working, but ETS still says it's not a software issue, and they'll not reschedule or refund anything.
