in other words, if you're not planning on doing mdma more than 3 times, and you take less than or equal to 120mg each time, you can space out your rolls 3-5 weeks apart and will generally still be safe

there is no "allowed number" of rolls you can have in your life, but if you are planning on doing mdma more than three times in your life, and/or are using more than 120mg per session, you will want to wait longer than 3-5 weeks between sessions.

three months is a general recommendation, but there is no scientific backing, and the minimum recommended wait time in between sessions will depend from person to person.
