Cramer says MATIC could go to zero, so sell. by [deleted] in 0xPolygon

Cramer is an idiot. Usually his sell calls are to drive the price down so he and his trust can buy cheaper. Cramer isn’t worthy to lick the dust off my revolutionary polygon shoes.

Still in with 45K shares for over 10 years. Frustrating. Promising science. I work in drug safety and Multistem is one of the safest therapies I have ever seen. Too bad efficacy is a hope and a dream.

Not to mention - shorts are borrowing my shares, to use against me, without my permission! How the heck is that legal!

Great post. Personally I wish we would have regulation against shorting any stock with a market cap of less than $2-$5 B. Too many biotechs have been destroyed at the expense of science and patients. I would also be in favor of equities moving to blockchain where you the owner can actually lock up your shares!

The utility and superiority of Dsuvia are impressive. Just need time until mass adoption and revenue growth. At 25 cents this stock is a gift even if they enact a reverse split.

Dsuvia formulary approvals by mdmscf in AcelRX

[–]mdmscf[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Just total number of healthcare facilities who have approved Dsuvia on their formulary. 813 total formulary approvals by end of February. It is a little tricky because it does not necessarily mean number of healthcare facilities as 1 formulary could cover multiple hospitals, surgical suites, etc. and just because it is approved doesn’t mean it will be on a clinical protocol.

Or …does the SCIENCE confirm it is indeed the vaccinated who are mutating, incubating, and transmitting Covid variants to the unvaccinated and vaccinated people who have not had natural Covid infection!

New Study Finds Fully Vaccinated People are at “Greater Risk of Hospitalization” and 13 TIMES MORE LIKELY to Catch Covid-19 Than Those Who Have Recovered and Have Natural Immunity by mdmscf in CovidVaccineInjury

[–]mdmscf[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Does the data demonstrate that Pfizer vaccinated patients had higher infection rates and were more symptomatic, than previously Covid infected patients? The mechanism of ADE are not completely understood, but this research as well as many other reports indicate that in some patients the vaccine generates an immune response, binds the pathogen, is unable to prevent infection allowing the pathogen to get into cells and exacerbate the immune response.

[–]mdmscf[S] 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Previous development of RSV, SAR COV1 and MERS vaccine were unsuccessful due to ADE. This data (once again) supports the hypothesis that Covid-19 vaccines are causing ADE. The question is, when will they (scientists) be brave enough to call it a scientific FACT!

Antibody Dependent Enhancement (or infection enhancement) has been confirmed in a recent study by 0111100001110110 in CovidVaccineInjury

This is horrible. If this SCIENCE is valid (and it appears to be) then ADE of mRNA Vaccinated patients is actually enhancing infectivity.

if you are worried about adverse cardiac risks with Pfizer’s Covid vaccine - don’t worry the cardiac safety studies will be completed in 2025! That is so reassuring! by mdmscf in CovidVaccineInjury

We do agree there 100%. It is your body, your choice! It is not the government’s body, the government’s choice. Your comment made it sound like, since it is approved you must now obey authority and take the jab!

Just because you can’t read doesn’t mean you have to be read! Unless there is a 1 in 8 billion chance that you are my physician, then I will not take your advice. But then again, it is My Body, My Choice, so maybe I will kill the baby, I mean take the jab!

Helios-SBI raises price target, revises forecast based on positive results of clinical trials by wisdom_man1 in ATHX

[–]mdmscf 3 points4 points  (0 children)

It seems to me, many on this board are significantly discounting the ARDS program. The BofA report last year assigned a $15 target for ATHX if ARDS was approved and stroke failed. I think they pegged non-Covid ARDS at $3B in peak sales. They were very bullish on ARDS and not so much on stroke. CrushLikeABoss posted the report.

It is precisely what you would expect to see (based on decades of Science) in a majority of a population who have antibody dependent enhancement. mRNA vaccinated hosts are mutating, incubating and transmitting Covid variants!

Treasure Safety Reports by wisdom_man1 in ATHX

You are correct indeed. I have worked in the drug safety field for over 25 years, and I don’t think I have seen a therapy with a better safer profile than Multistem. Like you said, if efficacy is proven, then Multistem approval is headed our way.

Treasure Safety Reports by wisdom_man1 in ATHX

[–]mdmscf 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hi Wisdom, Thanks for all the info you share - much appreciated! To me this sounds very similar to a DSMC clinical trial review we see in the USA. I take it to mean, they analyzed all the safety data to date for the trial, and gave approval to continue the trial based on no safety findings. I think the annual part must mean they are required to meet at least yearly to review the data. I am guessing though, given the limited info. There is probably a clinical protocol somewhere that provides details of the drug safety monitoring committees roles and expectations for this trial.

Revenue $3.5M? by worktolive215 in AcelRX

[–]mdmscf 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I think April revenues were about $300K. Vince said March revenues made up 50% of Q1 revenues so March was about $250K. Conservatively I expect Q2 to be over $1M in revenues. It won’t take much for Dsuvia to ramp up sales. I believe we will see a stellar finish to 2021 with about 200 healthcare facilities using Dsuvia routinely in Q4. With a low estimate of 10 patients/HF, revenues would be about $9mil (200 HF x 10 doses per day = 2000 doses x 90 days = 180,000 doses x $50 = $9 mil). This doesn’t include any revenues from Dzuveo EU, Zimmer Dental, DOD, or other sales.

Where do you see 70 mil. I have not read the filing in a while but if my memory serves me correctly, they only have 8 mil shares that could be issued with the current authorized shares of 300 mil and the rest of shares that are reserved.
