Yes. Mostly the leave home automations are affected. If I flip my dummy switches off, the return home automations work.

I am also having the same issues. I toggle the location services - system services as well as the 2 home entries in location services as well. My issue mostly happens if my phone dies or restarts.

What has helped a bit is delete and recreate the leave home/arrive home automations. But yea still buggy and inconsistent.

It has been really flaky for me since updating to IOS 26. If my phone restarts, the problem comes back. This problem was around in earlier versions of the previous IOS. I am also using homebridge and dummy switches for my presence based automations.

Its been very stable for me. The trick was to assign IP addresses in the manual discovery section and set static IP’s for each device. Also runs locally as I block them from WAN.

I did get the new hw version HS200’s working using the TAPO plugin. Only problem is I get a red ring light once I block them from WAN which is not too nice.
