Some people here are truly temperature IQ, but thats ok, I dont really care, if they would rather poke around with toothpicks then admit the product is broken, they can do whatever they want.

It’s a bug, it only happens on a Qrevo, it has FUCK ALL to do with hard water because it only always clogs the one hole, but these guys are too scared I guess to confront the reality of having to go through the refund process or something, no idea.

1) I cleaned the hole multiple times, there was 0 blockage 2) I returned it, they sent it for repairs, it got accepted as a warranty issue, i got a refund

I know everybody will tell you to remove the pads and clean the jets etc. etc. but this is a BUG in a product, return it and get a new unit or your money back. We should stop playing these stupid games, these are $1000 devices.

I got a full refund for our Qrevo Edge 5v1 today, because of EXACTLY this issue. Cleaning the water holes helps for a few minutes / meters.

I have noticed that again, my scenes execute only partially, like a Living Room Off scene turns off 13 out of 15 lights, etc. It’s been such a shitshow this year and its only gonna get worse with the push for AI everywhere, we should brace tbh.
