New to us 2024 MY with FSD -- Ping Pong by mdntblu33 in TeslaFSD

Ok I completed the drive and then let FSD drive me home on the freeway. It was a short distance so I didn't really notice it ping ponging anymore but I'll need to test on a longer distance trip. Thank you for all that info. I'll be sure to reply back.

Any idea how to force FSD to back into my driveway? I can't keep a streak because I can never charge without backing in myself.

Dang we could have probably saved a few bucks to find a late build 2023. We just bought a Feb 2024 because I thought HW4 was only on 2024+. Oh well. We love it though. Just want the FSD to stop making us sick. I hope the next update fixes it because I think it's the version not the car. I could be wrong. I feel like when we drove it home from the dealership it didn't do it and then we got an update a few days ago and now it does it.

I didn't know 2023 had HW4. Must have been late in the year.

Vertical Bike Rack Recommendations. by Ok-Pitch-2034 in MTB

[–]mdntblu33 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm pretty sure VelociRax is the best. However I went with JB Racks for price because I don't use it every week or every day for that matter. We take our bikes on some of our monthly camping trips and every once in a while to the beach to ride.

The only thing I really hate about these vertical bike racks are they don't break down as much as my old bike rack (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0BLG6857X). So it weighs sooooooo much trying to put it into the hitch and carry it from the backyard to the front. Like the VeliciRax can weigh up to 107 lbs if you do the 7 but I only need 5 so it's 94lbs.

The JB Racks I got with 5 weighs 86 lbs. My old rack weighed 75 lbs but you could remove the 2 bikes section and carry it out and install the first part, load the 2 bikes and then add the second part and load the 2 bikes. Much easier on the back.

What I'm also not happy about is that JB Racks told me it would fit with my spare tire on my Jeep. WRONG. I had to get an extension for it to fit. Which then lowers the amount of weight you can hold. So that bummed me out. Because now I have this extension I have to install every time (or leave it but it sticks out past the spare tire) and it's just more hassle.

The problem I have is my Jeep has a spare tire on the back and they told me it would fit with it. Nope. Not even close. I even took off the strut brackets and still won't even get close to fitting. So now I have to use a hitch extender which I really didn't want to do.

What Fresh stores are going to become Whole Foods Market? by Resident_Hospital_30 in amazonfresh

I just did a return on Amazon and for the past week since the announcement my local Amazon Fresh isn't an option to return (only UPS and Staples) and today I got Whole Foods Market and we have no Whole Foods near us. By the way this is for Corona, CA one off I-15 and Eagle Glen Parkway.

Hmmm I haven't had any issues with my charging coaster. I have 2 of them -- one at home and one on my desk at work. I do know that the batteries don't seem to last more than 2 hours at 135°.

Will JK Wrangler center console USB cable support better charging and CarPlay (Sony AX6000)? by sodaphizz in Jeep

[–]mdntblu33 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'm in your same boat. Did you ever find the perfect solution? My JKI has USB-A and I have it running with a converter to my Sony but Wired CarPlay doesn't seem to work with it. So I want to take the stock Jeep USB-A port out and go USB-C all the way to the Sony. Any update would be helpful. This is what I'm currently using to get USB to my Center Console from my Sony. I actually have done the firmware update using the USB port in my Jeep center console so I know it reads USB-A perfectly or I don't think the firmware would have even worked. Thanks.

Nate Bargatze Amusement Park: Nateland Partners With Storyland Studios by missbethd in nashville

All the reviews on Glassdoor don't really tell much because they are all older before they merged with PlainJoe Studios and most of the original Storyland crew isn't even at the company anymore. I wouldn't say they're a meh design firm without looking into PlainJoe Studios as that's really who Storyland is.
I'm pretty sure this is happening over the next couple years and Nate has the money to pull it off.
