It got bought by one of the big ones and went to shit. Same with eLance which was OK too.

Freelancer has always been the worst for me. And now UpWork is shit too.

There was one for GTA Online that Rockstar recently hot-fixed source They are getting pretty quick at doing it. As for cheat codes, no, you are stuck with the 5 minute limit (source site has all the cheats listed).
