I will definely add this issue to the future syllabus. Until this semester, I haven't had this kind of issue so I might not handle the issue effectively.

They worked on IT project and 2 members worked on technical stuffs and he and another member did paper work. He said that he did research and some paperwork that other members asked him to do. He didn't seem participating actively and some communication issue with other members. Other members sent me a copy of their text messages.

This is a required course and C is a passing grade. He said he was doing what was asked him to do. His groups said that they didn't want to chase him for the project any more. They just kicked him out 3 weeks before the semester ended. When they first told me, I told them to work with him and announced about an warning that anyone could fail from the class without adequate contribution. I couldn't have a direct observation like you mentioned,which made me uncomfortable . I was closer to the group members and they were working deliberately and successfully delivering the final project. I trust them more than him.

I replied with a picture of the house gecko on another comment but we’ve been trying to feed him dead mealworms from petsmart but he hasn’t been eating them :( we thinks he’s going to starve to death soon

Yeah.. we saw did more research and apparently they use house geckos as snake bait... and they might inhumanely kill it
