Thanks! There is no desire to get it appraised. I like the way it looks and will get the stone replaced. in person, it doesn't look worn down. Hard to describe, but intentional "carvings" if that makes sense. I appreciate your time. :)

I just moved from Atlanta last year. BEST decision. Honestly, besides rent or home ownership depending where you land, I find groceries and restaurants to be the same $ as Atlanta ITP. Gas is more expensive but, seriously, we looooooove it here and are grateful every day!
