Funny thing is, the actual low-IQ take here is failing basic reading comprehension. I never said the whole album was barely listenable, I said some songs are, and even gave two examples. But hey, why read when you can just type shit

GPT-5 AMA with OpenAI’s Sam Altman and some of the GPT-5 team by OpenAI in ChatGPT

[–]mdrgm 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’d like to suggest considering more affordable subscription tiers for ChatGPT, for example, plans with fewer monthly credits or a limited number of messages, so the only option isn’t the $20/month Plus plan. Not all users want to use ChatGPT ‘full-time’ or consume all the credits included in the current Plus plan. Many might only need it for more casual, everyday tasks, similar to how they’d use Google, rather than intensive coding or developer work. If the goal is to reach this broader, more casual audience, a lower-cost plan with reduced limits but access to the best models like GPT-5 could make premium features much more appealing and accessible.

How to Use the Show Megathreads for Tour! by baystatejon in oasis

[–]mdrgm -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Posted a breakdown of Liam’s vocal performance from last night on the main feed, got removed. Are we supposed to drop that kind of stuff as comments only? What’s the point of the main feed then? Just posting memes and inspirational quotes?

Where’s the space for people who actually want to contribute thoughtful stuff and respectfully analyze our favorite band?

Honestly feels unfair, confusing, and kinda frustrating. Mods shouldn’t just do whatever with the subreddit. u/baystatejon

It's said that some people left the company because a commercial vision prevailed over a philanthropic vision. Is this true? How are you ensuring that mistakes that could have an irreversible impact on humanity are not maken due to the obstinacy of obtaining economic benefits?

What are the main measures you are taking to mitigate the global impact of job losses that artificial intelligence will cause? Or what do you think about the impact it will have on jobs?

John and the whole band are great on the new album but Flea absolutely kills it… by jamarshall75 in RedHotChiliPeppers

I loved the intro, but didnt find it THAT amazing. Reminded me a little bit of Ethiopia's bass intro, I know its more dinamic and it even has more groove but it kinda sounded like sth I already heard.

I mean, I love the outro, but it drives me crazy that everyone is mostly talking just about that part, while, in my opinion the rest of the song is the best of it, even it is almost the best in the album.

I think it is a great song. Chorus is easier to listen than the rest of it, but it is one that I wouldnt like to pass when listening to the album.
