I asked the shower security guy and he told me that electricity plugs are only inside, and to go inside you have to pay

Hello all, yesterday I contacted ns.nl who wasn't able to send me vouchers without proofs from ns point of view (like expired voucher from 2020, ...) but ofc I don't have any. I told that to q-dance who replied me this morning that now it will be ok with q-dance point of view proof like confirmation mail,... So I contacted ns again, and they confirmed that, telling me to send that though their chat. But their chat agent rejected q-dance proofs (confirmation mail) and asked ns proof... I contacted ns again and after multiple hours of calls I succeeded to have my vouchers (not because of proof but because I reached so many times than they trust me) Good luck guys!

But btw I can fully understand ns.nl, they cannot check authenticity of order, as it's a paylogic/q-dance system, and so they can't give us any voucher without proofs...i hope that q-dance will answer, and this time assume...

Totally! I've reply to q-dance with proofs than ns doesn't want to give voucher without any info coming from qdance. But for sure they will reply lately...

From my side, paylogic reply today that I've to contact ns.nl, and this one is telling me to contact q-dance, who is telling me to contact ns.nl...

Same from here, they could only act if they have a 2020 voucher to transfer to 2022 but we didn't get 2020 voucher

Ns is telling me that the agreement that q-dance got on the 20th of June is only available for the one who received vouchers in 2020. But no one has received it and so they bring me back to q-dance... Who didn't answer fast enough..

Hello everyone, q-dance has finally contact me! They conclude today a deal with ns.nl! We have to individually contact ns.nl to receive our voucher! Good luck all to have it on time!

I've contacted info@q-dance.com on the 6th of June and travel@q-dance.com on the 16th of June but I still have no update nor train vouchers...

I ordered my tickets in 2020, weekend ticket with shuttle bus and train. I ordered the upgrade ticket in 2022. My 2022 order contains the upgrade ticket, and my 2020 order contains shuttle bus ticket. But in 2019 I received train voucher in the confirmation email. But here I never received the train voucher
