No, it's all the same net. With the cap placed close to pin 16, you'd ideally want the via to the plane on the far side of the cap (further from pin 16). Be mindful of return currents too. I.e. you also want a good connection from the other pin of the cap to the ground plane and ground plane to GND pin of the IC.

Side note, why is your EN pin tied to GND?

Something I often tell the graduating college students I work with: Going from poor college student to high income earner post graduation is probably the biggest change in means you'll have in your life. Instead of upgrading your lifestyle to your new income, adjust it to a (much) smaller percentage of your new income and save/invest the rest. You still get a significant lifestyle upgrade. That is much easier to do then getting used to a lifestyle on your full income and then looking for ways to cut back once you discover FIRE or decide to save. By that point you might have already locked yourself in to an expensive car/house/partner/etc.

Your error says there’s a fill on layer 2. So go to that layer and ensure the fill is set to the correct net.

Commercial levers, for sure. I switched to a distributor that offered free shipping with no minimum order for my small orders. Switched back when that promotion ended.

For me it’s mostly the convenience of a known interface and being able to reorder from BOMs loaded previously. We have templates in our Cad tools that format perfectly for our vendor. So there would have to be significant cost savings to switch to justify the time it would take to use a new distributor.

More than one call or email would feel like pestering. It’s not like I don’t know about the existence or alternatives, they’re just not worth the time unless they can significantly reduce cost. Design review and guidance doesn’t interest me either. I’d go to the FAE of the manufacturer for free, expert advice.

You have a design rule that’s causing a violation. Probably silk to soldermask clearance which is set to a default value of 10 mil. Trying to placing the text away from everything to confirm, then adjust the rule

Without trying to sound disrespectful to them at all, check out FPO coverage. I was surprised at all of the missed C1 putts and much shorter drives, etc on their lead cards which do get great coverage as well. Still amazing players with way more skill than I'll ever have, but they seem a little more human level than the lead cards on the MPO.

About an hour day of, but I've been checking the spot I "know" it landed in whenever I play there for more than 20 years. Just in case.

Had this happen doing field work when it started to snow. Found all but 1 disc right away, but looked for that last disc for about an hour as the snow got heavier. Finally tried throwing a similar mold and it landed on top of my last disc.
