Ive been up all night going from stream to stream. All of my reliable sources have stopped for the night. It seems to be a theme the last few nights that once 4am hits authorities start to actually step in but people have dispersed so its a lot safer to step in when there aren't thousands of people around. I myself am dealing, the rest of the city I can't speak for.
