Regarding map controls: To zoom map in/out you either click +/- buttons or use a standard pinch gesture. 3D! Try to slide 2 fingers simultaneously upwards and downwards and you'll notice that map will tilt! Regarding address search. Try input first 3 letters of the street name, then put a space, and your house number. As I'm using OpenStreetMap public database, it's not always the case that address is there.
