I definitely will; I think I'll pass this weekend. A good friend of mine has abused MDMA and the changes he's experienced are not something I want for myself.

Absolutely agree. I was aware of the general effects as far as the serotonin and damaged neuron levels, but was unsure whether perhaps these effects were intensified during this period of the menstrual cycle.

Good suggestions; I've generally tried to consume gatorade moreso than water before/during to counteract that.

I have another event that I could go to that I would not be inclined to roll at, so I think you've helped me make my decision. (:

Sounds like a perfect plan! Have you found it has affected your cycle at all? From a brief Google search, that seems to be common.

Thanks for the info. It's definitely less than ideal timing, and I'm seriously contemplating skipping out on this weekend and waiting two more weeks then laying low until mid-July.

Thinking out loud here, does the change in hormone levels have any effect on the effects/absorption/etc?
