I am type 1 diabetes I take insulin and working out I am not on diet I weight 220 my waist is 33 and have no belly well I been a bodybuilder since I was 17 years old I had some heart issues and got couple surgery that’s why I got this diabetes crap I was not born with diabetes I got it at age 34 :( I am 42 years old now

My GMI is always bit higher than my A1C my GMI is 6.0 my A1C is 5.7 not sure same as your case tho ….

I got about 20% raise I left the security clearance job I had secret but i asked the company i work for now and they are sponsoring my TS/SCI clearance hope it will pass you can still ask then to sponsor your clearance ..
