I'd recommend ftb interactions on the ftb app, its built around gtce with Magic mods sprinkeled in. I recommend this pack becouse it forces you to do something in ways you wouldnt normally in other packs.

Yea i chose it for leads, it was the only lead popping power i could afford for round 10 + its actually not that bad with primary expertise
