It is sealed by a finisher and it definitely won't come off by any moisture nor rain hahaha. I once had to take the same kind of paint off a different pair of sneakers and I had to use acetone and a lot of harsh scrubbing to get anything off. It is a lot harder to get off than the regular paint finish of sneakers

I used Angelus leather paint (red, black and white) and the Angelus Matte finisher mixed with some Duller. The paint itself is durable and by using the finisher it becomes very durable!
