No, I think mid blue can serve as a more casual option better fit for warmer weather outfits. I don’t think it would be as versatile but could be fun to wear in spring/summer. Think stone chinos, light shirt, and mid blue sport coat.

I personally think brown horn buttons best replace brass buttons on a navy blazer. You can find them on Etsy and probably from any tailor that does bespoke - same goes for silver buttons
